Each project begins, for me, with a scenario. I bring together all the starting points — the place and its context, the image of the client, and their preferences. The scenario gives rise to an idea of the future house: how life will unfold within it, how perceptions will change when moving from one space to another, and how forms, volumes, and light interact. It describes what will reveal itself to the eye from every point, how the light will shift throughout the day, and what emotions the space can evoke. Once the scenario takes shape, the architectural solutions find their place on their own — naturally and logically.
I always strive for elegance and refinement in composition, even when working with deliberately rough forms and textures.
